666y Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Responsibilities for All Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 666y platform, accessible at 666y.im, including all associated games, services, promotions and features. The operator of 666y is committed to providing Pakistani players with a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming experience.

By registering an account on 666y, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If you do not accept them, you must not use the 666y platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 666y Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 666y. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2. Account Registration

To use 666y, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to Pakistani residents aged 18 and above.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 666y employee.
• You must not have previously had a 666y account closed for violations of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration you will be asked to provide your name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and to set a password. All information must be accurate and up to date. 666y may at any time request supporting documents to verify your identity, including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), driving licence or other government-issued ID.

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms. 666y reserves the right to close any account and retain any balance where fraudulent registration details are discovered.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold exactly one 666y account. This limit applies per individual – it is not possible to hold separate accounts under different names or using different contact details. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function or contact support. Do not create a new account.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666y login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.

666y will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, WhatsApp or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 666y support immediately so that your account can be secured. 666y cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to notify us promptly or where the access resulted from your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

We recommend using a strong, unique password for your 666y account and not reusing passwords from other websites or applications.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 666y are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 666y account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on the time of the transfer. If your deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Personal Payments Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person – are not permitted. Any such deposits identified by 666y will be returned to the source account and any associated activity may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 666y are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are only sent to payment methods linked to the same identity as your 666y account.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 15 minutes of request
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: typically within a few hours; may vary by bank
• Visa/Mastercard: processing time varies by card issuer

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

666y may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement. The sooner you provide the requested documents, the sooner your withdrawal will be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been met. These requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms at the time the bonus is claimed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

666y offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed at the time the promotion is offered.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only available to verified players with accounts in good standing.
• Each player may claim each bonus offer once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated by them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute less.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

666y takes bonus abuse seriously. If it is determined that a player or group of players is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to satisfy bonus conditions – 666y reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings and close the account.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 666y are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting sections of the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Bets that have not been confirmed due to technical issues, network interruptions or odds changes are not valid. 666y is not liable for bets that failed to place due to circumstances outside of its control.

7.2 Odds

Odds displayed on 666y are in decimal format. The price at which your bet is accepted is the price valid at the moment your bet was confirmed, not the price displayed at any earlier time. In-play odds change rapidly – the odds on your confirmation screen are the odds that will apply to your bet.

7.3 Match Postponements and Abandonments

• If a match is postponed before kickoff, all pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned.
• If a match is abandoned after starting, bet settlement depends on how much of the match was played and the applicable rules for each market.
• Match result bets are typically voided if a football match does not reach 90 minutes of play.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

666y reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting sections. Any winnings that exceed these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

8. Casino Games

Casino games at 666y – including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and live dealer games – use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer operations supplied by 666y's software partners. The mathematical outcomes of these games are not controlled by 666y.

8.1 Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before wagering real money on it. 666y recommends reviewing game rules and, where available, practising in a demo mode before playing with real PKR stakes.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game – including server errors, disconnections or software bugs – 666y reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to players. The company's decision in such circumstances is final.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by real human dealers and streamed via video. These games are governed by the same general casino rules as RNG games. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game, rounds may be voided at 666y's discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666y platform. Any player found to be engaging in these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed.

10. Account Closure

You may close your 666y account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

10.1 Closure by 666y

666y reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, if it believes that:

• The account is being used in violation of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity is suspected.
• The account belongs to a minor.
• The account belongs to a self-excluded player.

Where an account is closed for violations, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified balance will be returned.

10.2 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. 666y may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts as per the fee schedule published on the platform. You will be notified by email or SMS before any fees are applied.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Limitation of Liability

666y provides its services on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, it cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical issues.

666y shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults or events outside of 666y's control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any decision to close, suspend or restrict an account in accordance with these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms limits 666y's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

666y may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or SMS at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
